De kunstenaar als theatermaker / decorontwerper – Keith Tyson, Urs Fischer, Carsten Höller – moet natuurlijk wel strak begeleid en in de gaten worden gehouden. Andersom moet de kunstenaar als productiedesigner oog houden op correcte uitvoering.

Christoph Büchel – in het artikel verder Mr. Büchel – overschrijdt wat budgetten en blijft maar knutselen en het Massachusetts MOCA besluit om dan maar een onvoltooide tentoonstelling open te gooien.

Amerika zou Amerika niet zijn als legal blabber niet de boventoon zou gaan voeren en dat is nu zo aardig aan deze opening: het werk wordt op zijn Christo’s getoond om lawsuits te voorkomen. Juristenkermis is wat rest.
